The Blending Room

The Blending Room has been roasting in Hull since 2009, operating from a unit on the Boulevard in the HU3 postcode. The business is run by a four-person team and is a full-service supplier to cafes and hospitality businesses across Hull, East Yorkshire, and North Lincolnshire, handling equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance alongside coffee supply.

Equipment partnerships include Sanremo, Victoria Arduino, La Marzocco, Mahlkonig, and Marco. Roasting is done on a Probat P12-2 and a Loring S15 Falcon, with a Q-certified cupper overseeing quality.

Cropster software is used for roast tracking and development. The team continue to run a market stall in Beverley in addition to their roastery operation.
