Snake Bite Coffee

Snake Bite Coffee is a small-batch speciality roastery based at Unit D2, Grovehill Road, Beverley, in East Yorkshire. The business is Beverley's local, independent coffee roastery, with a range covering house blends, single origins, limited editions and decaf.

Origins include Brazil, Colombia, Uganda and Nicaragua, with products named after snakes such as Anaconda, Black Mamba, Boa and Anti-Venom. Sourcing is described as importing through independent and green suppliers, with a focus on ethical sourcing and a fair supply chain for the farmers behind the coffee.

Sustainability is a stated priority: the business is on a mission to become zero waste, and coffee waste that cannot be sold is donated locally for uses such as garden compost, beekeeping and natural exfoliants. A subscription service and wholesale programme are both offered.
