Voyager Coffee

Voyager Coffee is a specialty roastery based on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon. The roasting operation is led by Rachael, their head roaster, who oversees a fully hands-on process using Genio roasters with manual control over gas pressure, airflow and drum speed throughout each roast.

Coffees are assessed using SCA cupping protocol before reaching production, with only those scoring above 80 points making the grade. The roastery has built a reputation for award-winning specialty coffee alongside espresso machine supply.

Green beans are moisture-tested on arrival and stored in grain-pro lined sacks, and each coffee is roasted to an individual profile developed through tasting rather than a generic programme. Voyager also runs a refer-a-friend scheme, suggesting an active retail customer base alongside wholesale.
