Sustain Coffee

Sustain Coffee is based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, and operates as both a roastery and a coffee shop at York House on Salisbury Square. The founding team travel to visit coffee farms directly and claim to have built ongoing relationships with growers, using those connections to source single origin and blended coffees not available through standard import channels.

The equipment side of the business is well developed, with a retail range that includes La Marzocco machines, Fellow grinders, and Acaia scales alongside the coffee. Wholesale supply is also available for hospitality businesses.
