Pearhaus Coffee is based at the Nuffield Industrial Estate in Poole, Dorset. The founders started home roasting in 2019 — the name 'Pearhaus' is a loose play on their family name combined with the German word for house, reflecting those early home roasting origins.
The business became Pearhaus Coffee in 2020 and moved to its current roastery and brew bar premises in April 2024. The roastery is open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays, operating as both a working production space and a coffee bar with seating.
Pearhaus is a member of 1% For the Planet and partners with Ecologi for tree planting. They roast on a 5kg Stella roaster and supply both retail customers online and local independent venues.
