Obadiah is a specialty roastery based in Edinburgh, founded in 2017. The business is built around a defined roasting philosophy: light-touch roasting designed to express the natural character of each lot, with clarity and layered complexity as the primary quality markers.

They run a dedicated cupping room for quality control and recommend a minimum 21-day resting period after roast before brewing, which is a notably longer rest than most roasters suggest.
