mr_eion is an Edinburgh coffee roaster with two locations: a fully stocked retail shop in Stockbridge and a takeaway-focused café and roastery in Trinity, open Tuesday to Saturday. The business has roasted since 2013 and sources all its green coffee through D.R.

Wakefield, a B Corporation importer, which provides a verifiable ethical sourcing trail without the business needing its own direct trade infrastructure. The Stockbridge shop carries the full retail range including teas, equipment and accessories, while the Trinity site handles roasting alongside the café offer.

Coffees in the range include the Stockbridge Blend, Brazil Daterra Sunrise and Papua New Guinea. Wholesale supply runs across Scotland.
