Method Roastery operates from two converted railway arches near Worcester Foregate Street station, where a roastery, quality control lab, training facility, seated café and retail store share the same space. The café is open Thursday to Sunday, making it a genuine destination for the local community as well as a working production site.

The business has been roasting for around a decade and sources through specialist importers. The roastery has invested in social projects at origin through its coffee purchasing, including work with women-only producer groups in Mexico, education programmes in Ethiopia and environmental projects in Colombia.

It publishes detailed journal posts about origin visits, including trip reports from Colombia, reflecting a sourcing approach built on direct producer relationships rather than spot buying.
