The roastery operates with a no-blends policy, roasting only single origins, and is transparent about sourcing strategy as a deliberate business value rather than a marketing position.
The roastery is open to visitors on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 14:30, where freshly roasted coffee is sold alongside take-away drinks. Home barista coaching sessions are available at the roastery for those who bring their own espresso machine and grinder.
Kontext also offers barista training and runs a subscription service.
