Foundry Coffee Roasters

Foundry Coffee Roasters is based in Cutlery Works, a multi-award-winning food hall in Neepsend, Sheffield. The roastery and coffee shop share the same site, with café hours running weekdays and weekends.

The business was established in 2012 and has been a Real Living Wage employer since 2018. Foundry operates an exclusively single-origin range, with no blends.

The business takes the position that blending represents the commodification of speciality coffee, and publishes a blog post explaining that reasoning. Carbon footprint measurement and offsetting has been in place since 2020.

All reviews, positive or negative, are published without filtering. Roasting takes place on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with the next shipping date displayed on the website.
