Electric Coffee Co. is a London roastery with a cafe at 40 Haven Green in Ealing and additional sites at Goldhawk Road, Richmond and Finchley Road. Their roastery is located separately at Graylands Estate in Horsham, West Sussex, and operates by appointment for trade visits.
The business was built around the idea of celebrating the industrial and mechanical processes behind coffee, from husking through to espresso extraction. Their sourcing approach involves travelling directly to farms to taste and test coffee at origin, buying small quantities and developing roast profiles from those samples.
They have been included in the Independent's Top 50 Coffee Shops and feature on the London Coffee Map. The range covers origins from a wide spread of producing regions including Brazil, Ethiopia, Sumatra, Kenya, Tanzania, Costa Rica, El Salvador and more.
