Drop Hopper Coffee

Drop Hopper Coffee is a Belfast-based roastery with origins going back to 1998, when the business began operating a coffee cart in Donegal Arcade. Almost a decade later they opened a shop at Oxford Street near St George's Market, and in 2018 added a dedicated roastery in Crossgar, Co Down, where they roast for both retail and wholesale customers.

Today they run two locations — a cafe in Belfast and the Crossgar roastery, which is open to the public. They also operate a coffee van and kiosk at events.

The business describes sourcing from farms, estates and cooperatives across a range of origins, roasting daily.
