Dragon Roastery

Dragon Roastery is a small independent roastery based on Anglesey, North Wales. The business was founded out of a long personal interest in coffee that progressed into home roasting and eventually a commercial operation.

They roast to order and sell online, offering whole beans as well as green beans for home roasters. Their range covers espresso blends and single origins from Guatemala, Honduras and Java, alongside a Swiss Water decaf.

The operation is deliberately unfussy — no cafe, no subscription service — focused on producing direct-tasting, full-bodied coffee without chasing trends.
