Crosby Coffee was founded in Liverpool in 2014 by Jack Foster, who started roasting at home and selling at local markets before moving into a commercial space on Bridge Road Industrial Estate. Mark Slinger joined in 2018 and the business grew into a roastery with four cafe sites across Liverpool: the Ten Streets Roastery at Glegg Street, plus cafes on Lark Lane, Oxford Road in Waterloo, and Alt Road in Hightown.
The roastery is organic-certified and offers barista training courses for home brewers from its roastery site. Wholesale is available alongside subscriptions and direct online sales.
