Copper Coffee Roasters started in 2019 from a small office in Richmond, SW London, and moved to its current home at Bramley Hedge Farm in Cobham, Surrey. The farm setting is central to the business: the roastery shares the site with a coffee shop in a converted barn, giving it an unusual rural character for a specialty roaster in the commuter belt.
The business was co-founded by three people, with roasting led by Simon and training handled by Matt, who also runs the education side. It offers wholesale supply, barista training, and equipment alongside its retail range and subscription.
The farm-based roastery and cafe operate Monday to Saturday from 7am and Sundays from 8am.
