The roastery processes between 200 and 250 kilos per week, split roughly one third online retail and two thirds wholesale, serving cafes, film studios, and festival sites.
A stated focus of the business is roast consistency: each batch is tracked against an agreed profile using roast logging software so that the same coffee delivers the same result across repeat orders. The roastery takes a deliberate position against dark roasting, arguing it masks rather than reveals what a coffee can do.
