A tasting-led weekend festival held each June, most recently at Black Lodge Brewery.
Liverpool Coffee Festival is the youngest of the big regional events, launched in 2024 in the city's Baltic Triangle. It now runs over a weekend each June at Black Lodge Brewery, and it leans hard into tasting: the headline pitch is more than 300 different coffees to try in one place.
Alongside the coffee there are talks with industry experts, a curated craft market of local makers, a latte art competition on the Sunday, and food from Liverpool hospitality businesses. The 2025 edition brought together 16 roasteries across the weekend.
It is the smallest and most independent of the group, run by a single company rather than a multi city operator, which gives it a homegrown feel. Roasters listed include Caravan, Crosby Coffee, Brewed By Hand and Ginger Monkey.
